As integrative psychotherapists and supervisors, at PHYSIS we view assessment and treatment planning not as one-off diagnostic exercise, but an ongoing relational process. We distil it into three ‘simple’ questions. What is the client’s relational pattern? What does that mean they need? What’s the reparative experience I need to offer?

During the Snapshot we will add flesh onto these questions and explore the importance of curiosity, openness and somatic self awareness in the process.
