For me, supervision is an exciting, multifaceted relationship in which the supervisor and supervisee work together to foster, the reflexivity, growth and development of the supervisee.

I am an integrative practitioner, integrating relational and developmental theories. I am experienced in working counsellors and psychotherapists who work with a different modality.

I have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Clinical Supervision.

How frequently will we meet?

This depends on your needs.  
 
If you are in training you will need to meet a specified ratio of supervision hours to client hours, a specified frequency and a minimum number of supervision hours each month. These will be specified by your accrediting body and / or your training institute.

What ethical guidelines do you adhere to?

I am a member of the UKCP and the BACP. I adhere to the ethical guidelines of both.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

I am a member of the UKCP and the BACP. I follow the complaints procedure of these organisations. You will find the information you need to complain in my contract.
