Process Group starting in Kenilworth

Working in a process group offers a special opportunity to explore your relationships and patterns in those relationships. You can experiment with a new way of being, set boundaries and explore your emotions.

It is a safe space where you can experience warmth and connection and learn to deal with conflict and difference in a healthy way.

Open to therapists and counsellors, our group also offers peer support.

Format: six sessions on Saturday afternoons

Dates: 5, 12, 19 & 26 September, and 3 & 10 October 2026

Time: 2-5pm

Venue: Kenilworth

Cost: £360 for all six sessions
